How to stop led flicker

I have talked about why led bulb flicker on car at the last time. Today I will share how to stop led flickering issue with all of you guys. Two solutions will be given as below.

1. Canbus led bulb

In general, the power of led bulb is lower than factory halogen bulb that caused flickering. Flickering it to tell you the led bulb is wrong because it did not pass the OBC check. Canbus led bulb design with built-in resister, such as the T10 LED Canbus, it can help to reach the same power as factory halogen bulb to avoid to OBC check. They are electrical components that provide electrical resistance within a circuit, thus providing "load" on the circuit. They create a load on the circuit to trick the vehicle think the LED bulb is drawing the same amount of power as the factory incandescent one. It can be thought that the electrical circuit as a fast moving highway and the load resistor as an accident on the freeway. Although the traffic flow is still steady, it has slowed down than any other part of the freeway.

2. Led anti flicker harness

It is a little complicated compared to canbus led, because it needs wring to handle the led bulb flicker on car issue. It is a component with an electrical capacitor inside. It stores electricity and quickly releases it at a steady rate. Led anti flicker harness can be known as decoder. The storage of power within the decoder also creates a load on the circuit due to the build-up of electricity. Decoders can be thought of as a water dam. There is a large portion of the water behind it, but it is slowly released downstream so it does not flood the upstream portion.
